Don't you hate walking into Academy, Cabela's or some intimidating gun store, then standing around while you wait your turn at the counter? We do. That's why we offer a different kind of buying experience. Instead of the same old approach, we have a comfortable sales office where you will sit down in a comfy chair, enjoy a cold bottle of water and we'll discuss what your gun ownership goals are in a friendly, laid-back environment.
Looking for something just to keep in your home or vehicle? Are you interested in carrying for personal defense? How about target shooting, hunting, sports or just some fun plinking?
No matter what kind of shooting you're into, we're here to get you what you want and help guide your purchasing decision, if you need advice.
And if all you need is for us facilitate a transfer, no sweat. We do that, too.
If you're looking to sell or trade an individual gun or an entire collection, please let us know. We're always looking for good used firearms.
We're happy to sell your firearms on consignment. This means that we and you agree upon an amount you'll get for the gun when it sells, then we'll pay you after the sale. Since we need to make a profit when we sell the gun, we can't offer you more than a trade-in value for it, as opposed to the fair market value.
Until the gun sells, it is still yours, so if you change your mind, you can get the gun back any time. Just know that you will be subject to the transfer process to take possession of it, including all paperwork, a background check and our transfer fee.
If after the time you put the gun on consignment and before you want it back, your circumstances change such that you wouldn't be able to legally take possession of it, we would retain possession. You would still be paid once it sells.
You may legally sell a firearm privately to another person as long as that person resides in the state of Texas, is at least 21 years old for handguns, at least 18 years old for long arms, and may legally own a firearm. We recommend you create a bill of sale, make a copy of the buyer's valid Texas photo ID and have both parties sign the bill of sale. Make a copy of the completed transaction and preserve it forever.

Some people feel weird doing this and ask us to facilitate the transfer. We are happy to help. All laws and fees apply.
If the buyer is found to not be legally eligible to purchase the gun, the seller is subject to the same process as the buyer to re-take possession of the firearm if the gun was left in our exclusive possession. A background check and our transfer fee still applies.

For any firearms that we have in stock, you have a layaway option. The gun will be held for you with a 20% deposit and you can make payments for the balance for up to four months.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
All layaways must be transferred within 30 days of full payment, or you will forfeit the firearm and all payments.
One of our most popular payment options is to put money into a deposit account for any purchase, so you can save up for a purchase in the future. You can deposit any amount at any time. This is different than layaway since we're not holding an in-stock firearm. You can use your account for any purchase at any time.
Deposits are like gift cards and are non-refundable, but they are transferable to a tool account, if you have one.
If you're looking for a gun that we don't have in stock, no problem. We have access to thousands of items from many different distributors. So we can special order just about anything you want.
All special orders must be paid for in full prior to placing the order.
All special orders and sales are final. All special orders must be paid for in full prior to the order being placed. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
For warranty and after-sale service, you must contact the manufacturer.
There is no such thing as a federal gun registry. You cannot register a gun in your name with the federal government. In fact, establishing a federal registry is prohibited by law. Your firearm purchases are not logged or tracked in a federal database. There is no link that the federal government has to you and your gun. The ATF may query an FFL holder about specific purchases to support an investigation, or review an FFL holder's records from time to time as a routine audit.
Individual states may implement a gun registry. Hawaii, California, Maryland, Washington DC and others have some form of a registry.
The state of Texas does not have a registry. Some states have specifically outlawed creating registries.
