We service all brands of power tools, torque wrenches and hand tools. In or out of warranty. This includes:

All warranty claims for power tools and torque wrenches require proof of purchase. A $30 shipping and handling fee will apply if the vendor rejects a warranty claim. Most brands of hand tools carry a lifetime warranty and do not require proof of purchase.

Obsolete tools cannot be repaired if no parts inventory exists.

We use a combination of in-house repair services and third-party repair facilities specializing in the repair of all major tool brands. A shipping and handling fee is charged for repair orders. There is no charge for in-warranty repairs for products purchased from us.

A diagnostic fee may apply for troubleshooting work.

Estimates will be provided prior to any service work. You must approve the repair within 14 days or your tool will be scrapped. We are not liable for scrapped tools. You may be liable for a scrap fee.

Once you receive an estimate, you may:

• Approve the repair. Your quoted charge includes all fees.
• Decline the repair and opt to scrap the tool. A diagnostic and scrap fee may apply.
• Decline the repair and opt to have the tool returned disassembled. A diagnostic and return shipping fee may apply. You will receive a bag of parts.
• Decline the repair and opt to have the tool returned assembled. A diagnostic, re-assembly and return shipping fee may apply. You will receive a re-assembled but unrepaired tool.
